Our client wanted to upgrade 4 x of his existing bays from swing lip to the more sophisticated telescopic lip dock levellers that provides finite lip positioning, which is critical for this client, whilst offloading containers. The existing units were removed, leaving the cast-in framework in position. This enables us to provide a flat frame suspended design that is welded to the existing cast-in steelwork. Our client wanted the flexibility of accommodating both single-deck trailers and higher double-deck trailers across 17 loading bays.
