When increased output created the need for additional loading capacity, our client in Ripley turned to Armo to deliver a complete, end-to-end solution.

Following a detailed site assessment, Armo developed and presented a comprehensive proposal outlining how a brand-new loading bay could be installed from scratch. Once approved, our team worked closely with the client to agree the optimal location and programme of works.

To maintain site security throughout the project, we first installed a structural frame to accommodate the new sectional door. The door was then fitted before the opening was carefully cut, ensuring uninterrupted operations. We then completed all required civil works to facilitate the installation of the new dock leveller.

The project was delivered as a fully integrated loading solution, including traffic light controls, a dock shelter, wheel guides, and a vehicle restraint system — providing both efficiency and safety at the loading point.

The result is a robust, future-proof loading bay that enables our client to increase throughput with confidence. The client is delighted with the finished installation and the added capacity it brings to their operation.
